Profile
Dr Walther Graf is a founding partner of the firm. For 25 years, he has been advising and representing corporates, management boards and executives in all questions of commercial and tax criminal law as well as regulatory offence proceedings under antitrust law. His practice areas range from corruption-related and capital markets offences through to antitrust criminal law and complex investigations of cum/ex scenarios. Equipped with a “wealth of experience” (Who’s Who Legal 2023), a “clear edge” and “very good connections to the public prosecutor’s office” (JUVE 2023/24), he is regarded as a “maximum representative of his clients’ interests” (JUVE 2021/22) and “sets standards in corporate representation” (JUVE 2022/23).
